Hi, my name is David. I live in Sunny Australia with the wife and kids. I have taken on a Real Estate Client and am providing a number of Business services for them.

The client deals in Luxury Desert Real Estate in California.

So, I am really here to learn as much as I can, ask some questions and find out as much as I can in order to be more useful to my Client.

Expect a few dumb questions from time to time and I look forward to learning a little bit every day.

Thanks Mehran. Yep, investing for myself has not been on the radar until now. But, having flushed money down the bowl repeatedly through bad investments, it's high time I put that money in to some dirt.
