Hi everyone,

My name is Kevin Chhorr. I live in Santa Clarita. I got into Real Estate Investing by accident. I was searching for cheap home to purchase and happen to come upon a website that was selling turnkey property in Detroit. I did some due diligence and bought the property after a week of contacting the owner. It is cash flow positive.

Now I'm hook on investing in RE. I search on the web for other deals and happen to see articles from BP member. The articles on BP are so pack with information that I never though about when I was buying my first property. I've learned a lot from BP community. It's a great place to learn, network and make money in RE.

I would love to buy many more passive income property in the near future. Hope I will become a RE millionaire!! HEHHE
