@Shedrick Archangel - can't speak as an owner, but as a property manager our company make invoices available on our owner client online portals when we pay them, if not sooner.

I have always found Cozy.co to be an exceptional resource, from listing a rental with photos, to accepting applications, letting the tenants pay for the background checks by themselves on the online portal, and letting them see the report automatically, to lease agreements, free monthly rent collections and tracking deposits etc...

I’m worried as even if the property management company is established and professional I want to have greater control over my money and I don’t know what they do with it or whether or not they underpay me.Do property management companies allow the owner to have rent payed into their bank account preferably via an online portal like Buildium where both can manage operations and then the owner pays the property manager their management fee.

Oftentimes, PMs will utilize management software (if they don’t, keep looking) and provide the owner with access to the portal.

It feels like a B2B marketing website to me, attempting to attract crowdfunding portals.

I expect that a lot of new portals will spring up in the coming years that specialize in these types of exemptions; especially in the more populous states like Texas and Georgia where there would be enough investors to satisfy promoter demand.
