Very nice little towns, great sunsets on white sand beaches, very good wine tours, charter fishing, lighthouses, ect.

It doesn't have to be overly expensive (chandelier, fawcett, wine rack or cooler, etc) - but sometthing that will appeal to a buyer with champagne tastes and a beer budget.
