You’re absolutely right in saying that real estate investing is a long-term commitment (if that’s what your strategy entails). ​

Overall it all depends on how involved you want to be and how comfortable you feel with responsibilities that entail to rentals vs fix-n-flips vs BRRRR.

Always ensure you are 100% aware of what position you are buying into and what that entails when the dust settles.

In my case I'd be sending someone to the courthouse to compile lists of probate leads with properties in the estate.Per hour sounds cheaper to me and more secure to them (people don't know at first glance what the work entails).

Just ask how would I go about requesting information on the value of a property that a potential client is wanting to sale in order to verify the amount asked is realistic to what the property value entails?

What else does that entail?

With that said, I definitely am going to do some research on what that would entail if I were to invest in Canadian property as an American. 

If not the latter, then do you know if the standard plan is flexible enough to allow a ROBS (which would entail issuing shares from the C-Corp sponsoring the 401k and using the 401k funds to purchase said shares)?  

I'd like to devote more time to all that Real Estate entails, and a balanced lifestyle.It's more of a question of strategy for me.

I'm wondering if you have a template purchase contract that i could look at to get an idea of what it entails?
