Actually know them, actually seen the deals and seen the results...not the shills you meet at the seminars or the testimonials on the slick website.Why in the world would you not keep the profit on every flip?

We had a bullet-point handout with pros and cons of various bills that we took to each office along with our handwritten notes of personal experience, testimonial, concerns, etc. 

The PSC’s possible amendments took into consideration the public testimony they received last spring on the Proposed Draft of the Residential Infill Project.

If you're doing direct mail, you can definitely get by with a free website that says a little bit about what you do/who you are and some testimonials if you have any.

Also, these sellers are now additional testimonials for me when I'm speaking to other sellers or potential private lenders, as I executed exactly as I said I would and never missed a payment or had so much as a single issue during the lease term.Disclaimer...
