Do I need a website when first starting out?
Hello all.
I'm still in the learning phase and have been reading some books and listening to some podcasts on wholesaling which is where I want to start out.
Is it necessary to have a website when first starting out?
When looking for leads and buyers should I direct them to my email and phone # or to a website?

It depends on your market and how you're marketing. Direct mail tends to have a better ROI than SEO/keywords for most markets. If you're doing direct mail, you can definitely get by with a free website that says a little bit about what you do/who you are and some testimonials if you have any. Some people will be satisfied with the info in your letter and they'll call you. Some people will want to know more about you through a website before calling.
