I currently own a house in Eastpointe, Michigan and will be moving to the Lansing, Michigan area in a couple of months.

I'm new to bigger pockets and am looking to start investing in buy and hold properties in the Lansing, MI area.  

Some of the areas I am listing below might be B+ or A class neighborhood since they offer properties in those areas as well but our focus is B class.South Holland, Matteson, Blue Island, Bellwood, Richton Park, Lansing, Bollingbrook, Lock Port, Homer Glen, Crestwood, Alsip, Oak Lawn, Evergreen Park are to name a few where they invest.How do you select the property?

I would like to meet like minded investors in my area, and in Lansing Michigan.

I'd also suggest lansing and homewood which are not far from country club hills.
