South Chicago Neighborhoods

I'm looking into buying properties in the South Chicago neighborhoods. I'm looking for category B properties: SFR, duplex or double flats. Right now I've been focusing on South Holland, Hazel Crest, and Country Club Hills. Does anybody have any insight into these neighborhoods or would anyone suggest a different neighborhood?

I do like Park Forest. It has good rents given the ARV (can hit that 1% rule). I haven't invested there yet but that is on my narrow list. Basically alll the raea around Homewood and Flossmoor are good areas with a few exceptions. Most notably is Chicago Heights. I really really don't want to be in Chicago Heights.
