Wholesaling in the Lansing, Michigan Area

Hello BP!,

I am new to all of this, but I would like to learn the wholesaling business a little bit more before I jump out there. I have done research and read books, and while I feel like I have a hold on the general concept I am a little freaked out about the actual contract associated with wholesaling. Not to mention I don't know where to begin with finding investors. I have found quite a few properties and gathered specs, but reaching out to the potential seller, and the potential buyer I have not done yet. Any help that you could give me is greatly appreciated.
