@Hadar Orkibi I was going to say that arcountydata.com has most counties I've needed to search for.Little Rock area and surrounding counties do use a different site though if you are needing to search these areas, but I see that you found the information you needed.

If cash flow is what you are seeing, typically B and C type neighborhood (sometimes at the cost of s***ty tenants) can cash flow well.Of course these are gross generalizations.

Granted some will turn into rock stars.. but the vast majority will just fade away because they just can't connect all the dots at the appropriate time. or they blow what little liquidity they have on sending out mailers and etc etc before they really know what or how to conduct business.the other issue is in many states you simply cannot put an add up on craigslist for a house you don't own.. the equitable argument does not work in many areas.
