Finding Owner Name and Property Last Sell.

Hi Team, 

Appreciate some feedback on the best online way to find the name for Propery owner, and what they paid for the Propery.

Ie. pass sales report. Property I'm looking at doesn't show historical sales on Trullia or Zillow.

Also, does anyone use any of the Corelogic tools ?
