I started my first job this past June and have been (mostly) saving up as much money as possible since then.Primarily I invest my money in stocks, but recently I learned about real estate through the bigger pockets podcast and have been largely inspired.

Nice areas overall.What's the question - your initial post mentioned is there something wrong with the area?

I started in the land business so I do have a lot of background knowledge at it.I have also been trying to buy a longer term cash flow asset and with rates were they are and cap rates out our way ( at least asking) at 4 to 5 to 6  they still dont make sense. but we are starting to see some 7s so if we can offer and get 8 on a nice project I hope to pull the trigger this year.

Should I throw in the towel after one successful flip and stick to my day job?
