I am embarrassed to say I have never had any southern food...

No furniture, utensils, food, carpet, etc. 

The land was recently purchased and the owner intends to build a fast food restaurant.  

Lots of changes have been happening and it is a destination for much of the up and coming food/brewery scene here in Cleveland.

That means, nobody inspected inside my homes and my wife and I personally inspect every apartment unit every six months and no less than once every year and we get tough with our tenants when they are slobs and when we're finished inspecting many apartments our tenants hire a cleaning service to clean their apartments and then we inspect the pigs apartments every 3 months until they learn to keep them clean, or we evict them, We want our apartments clean so we don't have roach and rodent problems and the #1 thing we watch for is food in open containers in the open, in cabinets and especially in the base cabinets.

(all prices in the past 3 months have deflated except for food and other less mainstream niches)----CONCLUSION: It's a similar situation again. 

That's a pretty tough stretch to pay rent, food, & basics on $280. 

If they loved the site they might could figure out something or buy a parcel next to it to make it work.Pharmacy generally pays the most followed by banks, gas stations, food, Auto Stores  etc. 

I love NNN in a thriving market but food, retail, or any mom and pop shop will get crushed right now.

Now wanting compensation for “finding other showers to use, laundry, food, lodging” I feel compensation is not required since we took care of the issue as fast as we could.
