Hi everyone, I'm considering purchasing a well-located property in Lakewood. If you're familiar with the area, could you let me know your thoughts? In particular, is the area growing/appreciating? The latest census data from 2013 indicates that it's shrinking. I know there are POS issues, but would appreciate any other input/info on the area. Thanks!
