Investor Visiting Memphis

Calling all bigger pockets members from the Memphis, Tennessee area.

My partner and I are looking to create a rental portfolio here in Memphis. We already purchased one property in July got it repaired and are currently marketing it for rent. We are looking to refinance out our invested cash at a local bank here (BRRRR strategy).

What we are in need of is expanding our network. We are seeking the following people to work with:

-Realtors

-Wholesalers

-Reliable Contractors

-Banks/lenders willing to create business lines of credit with the property as collateral.

-Potential associates in whatever case that may be. Even if it is just sharing success/failure stories, sharing connections, and discussing strategies.

We are flying over to Memphis from Saturday September 24th until Monday night September 26. We would love to meet up with as many people as possible!

@Sean TaggeDo you guys use a property manager for your current rental in Memphis? I would ask them for some contacts. There are a lot of Turnkey guys who operate on here who might be able to help you as well. I know @Douglas Skipworth has a lot of connections and I believe @James Martin is a realtor.
