It looks like it actually might, because I see "Ground Floor", "First Floor" and "Second Floor" mentioned in the property description, but I only see 2 units mentioned in the income pie chart.It looks like a pretty old building.

I would definitely have a property manager I'm currently in the phase of training myself to analyze homes/deals to understand the market and narrowing down my criteria and I'm definitely enjoying that process :).
