Not even sure if this exists but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a pre-formated excel spreadsheet or web based modeling software that can take data such as property, amount financed, interest rate, loan term, etc. and will automatically keep track of loan balances, equity gained, and cash flows on a regular basis.
