As Luc says, keyword alerts are very important on these forums to focus your attention on relevant topics.Learn everything that you can from the America-centric learning resources here. the concepts are universal.

We have ads posted on the usual (Trulia, Zillow,Craigslist,etc.) but we are interested in expanding into Google Ads, Facebook, etc. but not sure I am savvy enough right now to make that jump without help.Any ideas or resources you have used in the past? 

We were introduced through bigger pockets a few months back.

Its a long story how I got to Bigger Pockets but suffice it to say I started my investigation at one of those "high cost" guys with a friend and my friend found Bigger Pockets cause she wanted something better within her budget.

I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and trying to network with some people in the Nashville area.
