Hello, I'm James. I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and trying to network with some people in the Nashville area. I'm interested meeting people in the business that can help me with advice. I know many are focused on new construction in this market, but I am looking for someone doing rehabs in the surrounding areas right now to look at a potential deal I may have and tell me if its good or not.
