Hi all! I've been "lurking" here on BP for a few months now. Decided it was time to sign up. I'm from the Piedmont Triad area here in NC. My work background consists mostly of the many facets of residential construction for 15+ years. Currently I work at a small company that underwrites lease purchases on portable buildings and cabins. I've partnered in two SFH rentals that I ended up selling and I'm currently working on one for myself.

Shout out to all the contributing members here! As a small startup trying to educate myself on all things legal and RE, cash flow, utilizing online resources ect, BP has been priceless! I've learned so much already and looking forward to more! Thanks BP community!
