I just talked to the local title company and she was reading the underwriters requirements to me in an attempt to pursuade me these are forbidden(First American) and it turns out that they will only do them with specific review by the underwriters.....Not that they need this affidavit/written acknowledgment of a second transaction as others at the title company told me.

Depending on your resources, you may find a price point (or extent of rehab required) that you feel comfortable doing the flip yourself and other price points where you feel more comfortable passing it on to someone else who can execute better.

So what you are areally saying is that you do noy put up any upfront EMD, but you do after the offer is acepted and fully executed and you have completed your inspection.I want to point some things out here for all to know: There is a HUGE difference between offers on standard sales, short sales, and that of REOs.
