Should I find a good CPA and Lawyer first before even considering the purchase or wait till after my purchase and I find tenants to seek them out?

Say to yourself everyday that you will never have enough knowledge and you want to be so good that everyone seeks you out and you can pick and choose who you want to work with. 

Seek out those experienced investors in that club and pick their brains. 

Since a debtor usually is on an allowance of sorts, debts restructured with a wage earner, they won't have a down payment in most cases but they can seek assistance from family for example.

I am just seeking advice on things such as occupying the vacant units, dealing with tenants properly, and any other advice you will be willing to provide.Thanks!
