I am a dentist from Louisiana who does real estate as a long term investment. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad 3 years ago was hooked. I currently have 10 units; 1 house, 2 four-plexes, and a townhouse. Bigger Pockets is a wealth of information and I wish I would have started this real estate journey earlier. I currently am interested in acquiring more multifamily properties and single family homes in foreclosure. My last purchase which hasn't closed yet was the townhouse which I got on auction.com. My plan is to utilize the BRRRR method to pull out equity for future purchases. My goal is to retire in 10 years from dentistry.
