I am a dentist from Louisiana who does real estate as a long term investment. I read Rich Dad Poor Dad 3 years ago was hooked. I currently have 10 units; 1 house, 2 four-plexes, and a townhouse. Bigger Pockets is a wealth of information and I wish I would have started this real estate journey earlier. I currently am interested in acquiring more multifamily properties and single family homes in foreclosure. My last purchase which hasn't closed yet was the townhouse which I got on auction.com. My plan is to utilize the BRRRR method to pull out equity for future purchases. My goal is to retire in 10 years from dentistry. Thanks BP for being passionate about real estate and inspiring me to seek my second profession!
