Interest rates have been at ridiculously low prices for an extended period of time and the securities laws are more liberal now than they have been in almost 100 years.

I have Associate of Arts (AA) degree in accounting from RCTC and Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Winona State University. 

It involves choosing a skilled sports handicapper and understanding how to bet (there's an art to betting, especially with exploring the options of parlay, over/under, spread bets, if bets and straight bets).

Today, I hear that the seedy parts of NYC that I would never have been caught alive such as the formerly infamous Red Hook is now FULL of art galleries and lofts.

It is slowly becoming a new Arts District, but it may be too early to tell if it will catch on.

I went to a no name school for undergrad doing a liberal arts major and could not even get interviews.

Every piece of art, every piece of furniture, as much as they can stand to get rid of.  

Is that some liberal catch-phrase?
