Either way, if I ever do decide to go ahead and join F&G, I would be looking for someone who would want to join in with me and share the cost with F&G's BOGO offer. 

We were about to send offer to them but it looks like there is probably some big issues going on with them? 

Owners needed to leave due to health reasons, after getting offers way lower than market - I ran numbers and decided to jump on it and give them what they needed.

Suggest the landlord seek legal counsel as to their rights to enforce said lease.I’m torn because I don’t want anyone living there that doesn’t want to be there.

Adrian, I would offer, Russ does have a point. 

Getting a contractor can be extremely frustrating especially if you need to make an offer without even looking at the property.

These markets often offer better entry points and potential for appreciation.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!
