Seller LLC has Litigation

Hello,

Has anyone ran into JKV Homes, LLC? We were about to send offer to them but it looks like there is probably some big issues going on with them?

This LLC is selling large amount of their portfolio, so my question is...if they have litigations, are they allowed to sell and what issue we can run into if we were to move forward with this seller?
