Hello everybody,If you were to build a 3-person dream team for acquiring and operating mobile home parks, what 3 kinds of people/skill sets would you choose?

We currently have 4,512 active listings--and that includes everything from mobile homes to mansions.

I'm not asking for advice, I know what to do but thought this would be an interesting real world situation to discuss.Today at our one of our mobile home parks my manager was collecting resident info we didn't have like phone numbers/email.

The project would be taking an old mobile home park and converting it in a tiny house community.

Mobile HomesThese are super cheap and low barrier to entry.

We've looked at many options and prioritize them accordingly:1) We'd love to invest in private deals (multifamily, self storage, mobile home parks).

Prefab, but not a mobile home park.

There is an exit strategy of selling the mobile home back in 2 years to the seller if I don't like  it. 

Most of this stuff relies on a good internet connection - it seems that the technology has come a long way, and the options are improving.My main question is if anyone has any specific input on this broadly, but then more specifically, getting internet set up on a job site may be a challenge - I'm looking into different Mobile Hotspot type options.
