Looking to Network with Opportunity Zone Expert

We have a group here in Ohio who are looking at a development project. The project is in an opportunity zone and being able to leverage that will be key to the project. We would love to setup an hour long call with someone who has experience with opportunity zones and begin building a relationship. The help and guidance would be greatly appreciated!

@Steve Morris I really appreciate that advice. The project would be taking an old mobile home park and converting it in a tiny house community. We’d love to give our tenants an easy path to home ownership and housing right now in our small town is a huge problem. Lot of benefits to the community, but making it work financially is a much bigger problem.
