My husband and I have excellent credit as well.

So, if you get it under contract and offer it to your buyers at a higher price that its listed at on the MLS you're going to lose all credibility.

I didn't realize my inclination to do things my way, which doesn't really work in corporate America, is EXCELLENT if you want to charge ahead of the pack.

FYI the lots are on a block that has all mobile units on it, the lots have excellent mountain views with a park across the street.
