County Tax Auction - Liens

Hello All~

In my county we have an up coming tax auction on real estate. I have been researching the sheets of information that they provide on their auction properties and there are liens of every sort and kind (banks, judgments, state agencies, trusts, estates, & many more). Its overwhelming.

I would love some advise on how to best move through all this data and on to good purchase leads. In addition, how do I find out which of these liens will stick and need to be paid off by myself should I bid on/win the property? Do I need to run a title search on each property I am interested in (It seems like I would run myself up a nice big bill doing that)?

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your time~

Joy

Read your state law, online. Buy a half hour time with a local RE attorney, experienced with tax deed properties locally.
