My question is  after living in the home for a year or more, if I receive a job offer in a different state, decide to have less unit because of the noise, or just want to buy a bigger/smaller home am I allowed to move and take another loan out(FHA and or VA)?

You really need a few failures and setbacks, not to mention enduring some grinding moments like scraping peeling paint or cleaning toilets before anyone is going to take you serious about developing real estate.

But, which one to use opens the whole time vs money debate.Either way you have to work and grind and organize the data to actually make the data useful.  

With the new house and the new year I had had enough of the job grind and no passive income so I decided I needed to make a change. 

One day ensures that the property has       -been reported on two consecutive tax returns       -Been owned across both two tax years and two calendar yearsMost of the one year and a day noise was an attempt to thread the needle of several vague revenue and case rulings. 

I would never want to buy or rent a house from someone whose car is making noise coming down the street.

Grind.

No rockstar deals, but grinding through the process is fine with me. 

Just like moving from the county to the city or vice versa, you get used to the different noises. 

Hardwood is difficult to work with and can leave noticeable patchwork even being refinished  they can be noisy When walking on it While with a padded under laminate vinyl is noise free it will look new still by the time the hardwood needs refinishing
