New introduction from Michigan...and Kentucky

Hello BP forums!  My name is Brandon and I'm from a little town in Michigan. I currently work a night shift job that I'm trying to get out of...it takes a toll on your body and relationships!  I have a very brief background in RE so far.  In January my wife and I closed on a vacation rental that we bought with my dad and his wife.  The house is actually in Kentucky (which is why KY is in the title).  We are in the last few weeks of a top to bottom remodel and we already have quite a few weekends booked, which is so exciting!

My goal at this point is to continue to acquire vacation rentals and build systems to maintain and manage those to the point where I can replace my income.

I found BP with a simple Google search 'podcasts to make you smarter'.  With the new house and the new year I had had enough of the job grind and no passive income so I decided I needed to make a change.  With a nearly hour drive each way I figured I could make good use of my time and learn through audio. I love hearing the different stories and methods that people use to invest in RE and its derivatives.

Looking forward to meeting you guys!

Brandon
