To be fair, low income tenants do require more management because the farther down the food chain you go, the more they act like 2 year olds.

Almost all the above posts consider the 3 out of 5 to be renters, but here's food for thought: Consider that the.homeownership rate is somewhere between 60% to 70% ...There's a reason lots of foreclosures are run down and need repairs big time ...

I recently picked up Rich Dad Poor Dad because people would not stop raving about it.
