The attached paints an additional scary future for bank failures. One half of the 1.4 trillion in jeapardy in commercial real estate over next couple years. 700 billion projected to default at present. It will cause further problems in banking and possibly HUNDREDS of small to medium sized banks will fail. We're not out of the woods. Many recasts will have no where to refi...Cash is and will be KING to an even greater extent. Vultures, get prepared. Rich
