With all the talk of other markets little ole ORegon is red hot but it gets little investor attention maybe investors will want to get in before the word is out.. and don't have to compete in over heated or publicized markets... Just a thought.

 No doubt you should see the houses I am building in Seaside right now.. 270 degree ocean views in LA they would be 2 to 4 million.. IN Seaside 400 to 450k..
