Cape Coral is a great area .. there are already a ton of duplexes but like mentioned, they cant build them fast enough there .. it has already been mentioned that the baby boom gen is still retiring and there are a lot of them on the edge of retiring , they have been coming to Florida for years and its only natural that they are going to move down here .. and Jason is also right about Daytona .. that city is always a good investment area .. one I like though is Inverness, Fl.
