Rental Market in Twin Falls, Idaho

Hey Twin Falls investors and real estate professionals!

Wanted to find out from local professionals what you have seen in the past year impacting your market. For example has there been high demand for rentals following the trend of the Western United States? Have rent's been increasing, decreasing, or remaining stable? Is there just as much demand in the multi-family space as the SFR? Is new construction able to keep up with population demand? Thanks in advance!

I am a local mortgage lender here and the answer to your question is it’s currently probably the best market in the us to invest in right now. Boise has a lot of traffic coming this way. Lowest rates. Not enough supply for housing creates high appreciation values. Rents going up.
