You know if you share accurate knowledge freely with the expectation of nothing in return you would be amazed how many people check your profile, go to your sites in your link signature, give you business , build trust with you, etc.I can never understand why a company or person spams and then provides nothing.

In order for a contract to be binding in Texas you need to have the property description, consideration (money) and signatures from all parties on the deed.
