Hello everyone!

My name is John Sinclair and I am a wholesaler in Los Angeles, California. I started in real estate in the mid 90s when the IT market crashed. I've worked as an assistant loan officer and title examiner but most of my experience has been in property management specifically in the low income sector (Section 8, Tax Credit, etc). I started my own investing company last year. It's been a real learning experience ever since...some good and some not so good.

While doing some research, BiggerPockets kept popping up so I thought I should check them out and I'm so glad I did. I have discovered a wealth of information here that has really helped me in a lot of different ways.
