Andrew Yang did a good job in my view shooting holes all through it in last Democratic debate. 

There was just a duplex down on Orange street which is pretty in Charlotte, but a little sketchy of an area.

Now I have relocated here from Orange County, CA and help other investors get set up down here even offering PM services or airbnb cohosting.

I currently live in Houston, Texas and am looking at purchasing a property in East Texas, just north of orange Texas.

There are several local meet-ups in Orange County that you can meet with like minded investors.

And to further add to the disclaimer, I tend to work in nicer neighborhoods, so my perspective is skewed as far as subject 2 strategy.So anyway, back to your question, I generally find it hard to do subject 2 wholesale deals in Orange county.
