In Florida is seems more and more stories like this are in the news. 

So I made the awesome mistake of posting my success story on here last fall.

Anyway, had to share that story....obviously I'm a realtor and will be newbie buy n' hold investor....My question is will my broker let me double side it on commission?

When he disclosed to the property management company that his dryer wasn't working (and never has actually worked), they directed him to the part of the lease that he signed(The fact that he signed it without reading is a different story, don't even get me started on that one haha Im going to have that conversation with him later) that says "All appliances in the home are property of the owner however MAY NOT BE RELIABLE and do not come at the cost of the lesser(owner)" It then went on to say that if they break, the tenant should nicely store them away in the garage where "kids and animals cant get to them."

I found BP yesterday and I must say that it's impressive to see some of the success stories that I've come across in the many posts I've spent reading in the past 24 hours.

This is our FIRST flip and it's already starting off with some crazy stories.
