Steve,I have a condo listed in Rockport, Texas it is being rebuilt everything will be brand new.

ive bought a couple triplex houses for under 40k and they worked out good ,this ( low purchase price) is not IN Itself something to be scared of .. you canMake plenty of money in a d area ..however IManage my self and not brand new to this asset class or investing .

In fact, the ease of communication with us is part of our brand and we sell up the fact they don't have to deal with property managers.

You may want to hire a good national broker to help, and definitely post on sites like Loopnet for smaller brands.

I see that now, the house itself is technically brand spanking new., never would i have thought that the "corroded Driveway"or "drainage" would impact me.

This is a brand new, build for rent recently sold to an investor.

So you can be brand new and you can still get active on the site and add value. 

My question is that, is this a good idea to start my rental business with a brand new townhouse?
