If it ends in a sale for me, great if not, that's ok too as long as they made the right decision for THEMSELVES.Telling someone that their best interests aren't held by someone you have never even met before seems like a huge assumption to me.The fourplex advice I would agree with however.

The fact remains, and I am making an assumption that there is some semblance of State law involved, there are likely a number of individuals that exposed themselves to personal liability by not following their own by-laws or other governing docs with the very predictable result of "deferred maintenance...and no money".

@Choice Crosby III I assume you are talking about an Acura Assumption, not a sub2….if so, you must also agree to owner occupy for one year, the same as getting a new fha loan.

Also, I didn’t see mention of a deposit so I’m curious how they work maintenance requests, with no deposits and my assumption is 200/mo is significantly under the 10% of what your charging for rent in Brooklyn, I have to assume they are going to be calling you a lot for every single maintenance issue.
