Has anyone used LendingOne, the private lending company advertised on this site?

As part of the is process, you should also set aside funds to advertise rental properties.

Good afternoon BP community,I began a yellow letter campaign in NYC about a month ago while waiting for my NY salesperson license application to go through.

Discovered it was 4/2 and not the 3/1 advertised.

Was it advertised as 3000sq feet?

@Trevor SmithThe response rate for most direct mail campaigns is dismal (between 1% and 5%).

Don't advertise you have some $ to invest, there're scammers all over. 

I would love to be able to integrate my leases and my QuickBooks into one system, but more importantly, I am looking for a website option for advertising, as well as tenant portal options to facilitate ACH payments.
