Property Management Program
I am an independent real estate owner with approximately 70 rental units. I am wanting to purchase a property management software program to streamline my business. I currently use QuickBooks and online lease software through BlueMoon for my leases (which has an e-signature feature). I don't want to pay for more than I need. My research shows many programs have more than I need. I would love to be able to integrate my leases and my QuickBooks into one system, but more importantly, I am looking for a website option for advertising, as well as tenant portal options to facilitate ACH payments. Suggestions and/or ones to avoid?
