Those bills won't tend to be as variable or run you as much for abused usage like gas/electric might though, especially in the winter time here in western PA.Properties I have that have shared water/sewage/trash I just add a flat $75-$100 fee on top of rent to help offset that and then just leave the bills in my name and pay them since you can't legally charge tenants for utilities if they aren't properly split.

This is western Massachusetts so it’s already pretty steep.

In the majority of Western Washington, home prices are so high that renting is just cheaper.

Interviewing a property manager and looking for referrals (along with an old-fashioned Google search) are important steps to finding a professional Property Management firm. 

Almost all of the western suburbs have phenomenal schools making them appealing to young families (first time buyers are the largest buyer pool right now).

Sorry, that's not our world.I would agree, for the most part, that most wholesalers, who are newly schooled, are taught to operate in a shady fashion.
