I'm new to investing and looking to buy my first property.  As a real estate agent I am skilled in locating for sale homes but not jn evaluating investment potential.  Looking to consume as much knowledge as possible to put into action for myself and clients.

Hey Ryan, there are investment brokerages you can reach out to to source deals. My company New Western presents 50-60 deals a month at each office. But I'd also recommend checking out websites like meetup.com and finding networking events to connect with professional, experienced investors. Ultimately the best way top learn is experience and find what works best for you. If there's anyway I can help feel free to connect and I would be happy to help!
