Property Manager - Where should I find one?
Hey Bigger Pockets,
My father in laws mom owned three multi-family apartments. My wife and I approached my father in law and informed him that we would like to be involved with the property if he ended up taking full ownership.
Long story short he did, my wife and I are involved however we have three little kids and I have a full time job. Should I hire a property manager and pay this person like $500 a month to manage? They are college apartments and one triplex. Not looking for someone expensive but someone to just deal with maintenance + keep people renting.
Thanks in advance

Google is your friend. I typically find property managers from google search, read the reviews online, make a short list & then call them. You did not even mention the location, otherwise some of the members from BP would be able to provide some referrals too.
Thanks
