I would recommend contacting the DRE on this.

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

A savvy investor will impute a negative inference to the fact that Spark is unlicensed, cannot legally make investment recommendations and owe you no sort of duty (fiduciary or otherwise) to put your financial interest ahead of their own. 

I am not versed in New Jersey Landlord Tenant law so I would absolutely recommend reaching out to a local real estate attorney.

I'm looking for recommendations on REI meetups in the Triangle area to network and connect with other investors.
